I powder coated some computer cases here.

Here is one of my Rockford Fosgate POWER 650 fan shrouds I powerder coated Candy Purple with Candy Red text. Click on the images below for larger images.

 

Look closey at this photo!!! And you can see how polished I got this. HERE BIRDY BIRDY BIRDY!!!
I sanded this with 220 grit, 330 grit and then 400 grit wet or dry sand paper with my dual action sander, it was a mirror finish once I was done sanding.

 

Here is the polished shroud with the red lettering.

 

This is Candy Purple with Candy Red.

 

This is the shroud end where power comes in to feed the POWER 650.
