Social Security(SS)
What a racket this is. Hmmm SS like Hitler's SS, SS stands for "Schutzstaffel" in German, which means "protection squad". Talk about getting screwed. So see the SS here is going to screw us like the SS did to the Jews in Germany back in the 1940's. There is no big account in the sky that our funds go into. All of the money stolen from Americans is used by our so called government to run itself.
According to the social security benefits statement, which everyone gets yearly. I will scan my for you to see here, when I can find where I put it. You can only earn 4 credits per year, and 40 credits is the max you need to get the maximum benefit. Dont beleive me, look at this exerp from the SS handbook on page 42.
203.4. Do you need a minimum
number of credits in order to be fully insured?
In order to be considered for fully insured status, you need at least six
credits. No more than 40 credits are required, regardless of your date of
birth.
No more 40 is the max. You get 1 credit for every $900 earned roughly, so after you earn $3600 you have your 4 credits. This goes up from year to year so next year it may be $4000 to get 4 credits, that doesn't matter. What matters is that the company you work for is not going to stop taking SS and medicare once you hit the maximum credit of 4 per year, why wont they? Becasue they know more than us, so they think. If you try to educate them they ignore you and continue to steal it from you and for what purpose, if I have already reached the maximum credit then STOP taking it. The SS office won't tell you this either, they say it is mandatory, bull shit. Check this out from the SS Handbook on page 258..
1000.5. Is Social Security and
Medicare Hospital Insurance coverage mandatory?
Beginning July 2, 1991, Social Security and Medicare HI coverage is mandatory
for State and local government employees
who meet the following conditions:
A. They are not members of a public retirement system; or
B. They are not covered under a Section 218 agreement, unless
excluded by law (see §1002).
It's right there in plain english,
"MANDATORY FOR STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT
EMPLOYEE'S".
That's not me!!! But my employer will not stop with holding it, they
think they are smarter than I am. I am just a simple minded Electrical Engineer.
I couldn't know anything about the social security system. How can I be smarter
they the payroll department of the number 3 PC manufacturer or any of their
attourney's, they couldn't be wrong. I discussed this via email with my employer
before, they directed me to publication 505 which doesnt apply to me either.
My boss at the time suggested I drop the issue because we were in the middle
of layoffs (hint taken). Hello we are still doing layoffs some 2 years later.
So I may approach thisissue once again with them and direct them to the SS
handbook.
If you were in business for yourself guess what, no one will be with holding or reporting anything to the IRS or SS so it isn't mandatory now is it? If you want to participate then it is mandotory for them to take it from you. If you read your benefits statement it says it in plain english, its right in front of your face and you never read it or you didn't question it, you assumed it was the right thing to do, I used to do that not any more, I question everything.
